SHIPPING POLICY

We work with trusted suppliers to get your favorite beauty and skincare products to your door, wherever you are. Once your order is placed, it's typically on its way within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination — and we regularly run free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for those! You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Not totally in love with your purchase? No worries. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Just make sure the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, simply email us at support@gloregoods.com with your order number, and we'll walk you through the next steps. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. If something arrived damaged or wrong, let us know right away — we'll make it right, no hassle.
